    LAUREN HOWARD LIFESTYLE

    Is about feeling balance, peace and purpose.

    Thank you for stopping by my website to learn more about who I am, and my passion for living a balanced, peaceful and purposeful lifestyle .  My name is Lauren Howard (nee Habib) and I am a passionate woman, yoga teacher, Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach, philanthropist and lover of life. 


    I recently left the corporate world after a very fulfilling chapter in paediatric philanthropy, working for 12+ years for The Hospital for Sick Children Foundation in Toronto, Canada - a place that will  remain close to my heart. A new chapter has begun and I have fully transitioned into a healthy lifestyle and wellness focus - both personally and professionally.  I live in the beautiful islands of The Bahamas with my partner, and travel to Canada often, a place I will always call home.


    I love many beautiful things in this world, including travel, art, fashion, reading, ballet, music and exploring restaurants with friends.  I am extremely passionate about yoga, life coaching and philanthropy - volunteering in service of others.


    Over the last few years, I have learned that I love to work with people to help them live in an intentional, meaningful, and purposeful way.   Thus, Lauren Howard Lifestyle has come to life and while my passion project to help support others will continue to evolve and grow, my current focus is on teaching yoga and life (lifestyle) coaching.


    And while I don’t have everything completely figured out (who does?!) I have learned a lot about living intentionally, which includes committing to consistent practices and habits that feel good, surrounding myself with people, places and things that fuel me, nourishing and eating healthy for my body type and living an active and positive lifestyle. Being transparent, and grounded about who I am, what I value and how I want to live my life, are key ingredients for sustaining a mindful and enjoyable life. I hope I can help you along your journey in a meaningful way.

    I have started to devote my energy into the positive & I am learning to override the negative. I'm more aware and I am investing time in myself more than ever before, living life on my terms - truly understanding the importance of "me time." I have grown and I'm so grateful.
